This PR includes changes to the software and running jobs pages on the Gautschi userguide:

  • Software page now links to the new software catalog on docs.rcac

  • Includes a brief tutorial walking the user through finding and loading software modules

  • Simplified layout of the Running Jobs page

  • Dividing the guide into 4 basic parts "Creating the submission script", "Submitting the script", "Monitoring the job", "Checking the job output". There are sub pages for each basic part which then link back to the home page of the Running Jobs section. My intent with this was to avoid a giant text wall and break them up into smaller, easier to digest parts so that users aren't overwhelmed.
